I have just finished 10 months of therapy with CBT Therapist [name removed]. [name removed] was absolutely amazing! [name removed] was very accommodating for our sessions needing to be on the evening due to my work schedule and due to this flexibility I never missed one session! Throughout our sessions [name removed] had always been supportive, affirming and encouraged me to grow. [name removed] has helped me navigate an incredibly difficult life experience with such professionalism, warmth and positive regard and has supported me even via email during the course of the week. My sessions with [name removed] have have been one key reason why I’ve made such a significant recovery back to good health. [name removed] has gone above and beyond to ensure my welfare and certainly deserves to be recognised for being such an amazing practitioner! I’m sincerely t thankful to [name removed] once again for her amazing service and support. I’m forever grateful and wish her all the best in the future.
[name removed] was fab helping me through a difficult time. Sometimes just knowing that she was going to call was reassuring that I was going to have someone to talk to. When I first approached this service I was somebody that I didn’t recognise but with [name removed]’s help and support I became able to deal with situations better. I will always take with me “You can’t worry about things out of your control”
I had great experience with therapist even i felt so confident and relax with her . She was very polite and caring.
We waited a long time to access the service and it was worth the wait. The support given to my daughter and us by [name removed] was individual and informative. It recognised and supported challenges and strengths. It helped my daughter to understand her difficulties.

I feel [name removed] helped me unpick lots of issues. I recognise how birth trauma, past trauma and childhood and relationship are all linked together.
I feel now I have gained some control and can recognise symptoms early enough and can apply my learning from the CBT sessions.
I feel I was able to open up in the sessions because [name removed] was easy to talk to and asked me the right questions digging deeper about how I was feeling as opposed to being superficial. I felt safe because [name removed] allowed the space by being compassion and showing empathy.
I would not be where I am now wihtout teh CBT sessions.
This was a really good course , which had been carefully planned .
It offered a range of strategies and techniques to boost positive thinking and general health .
It talked about simple changes we can make in order to take care of our own physical and mental well being.

I was able to build a fantastic relationship with my allocated nurse (A.S) which enabled me to feel safe to do the work that was needed for my recovery.
